KATHMANDU: The Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) has installed new summit signage at Lobuche East (6,119m), featuring the NMA flag and relevant peak information, and has requested all climbing teams to photograph the signage as part of the summit certification process.
The association asked teams to ensure the signage is visible in their summit photographs submitted for certification purposes.
The Lobuche East installation follows similar signage placed by the NMA at Mera Peak and Chulu East earlier this season.
