NATTA concludes Advanced Excel Training for Tourism Professionals

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) has successfully concluded a three-day Advanced MS Excel Training Program at the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), Ravibhawan.
The training, held in collaboration with the Sustainable Tourism Project (STP)—a joint initiative of the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and UNDP—benefited more than 30 tourism professionals, all of whom were awarded certificates upon completion.
Addressing the participants, NTB Chief Executive Officer Deepak Raj Joshi highlighted the growing importance of digital literacy, data management, and Excel-based decision-making in strengthening Nepal’s tourism industry.
The program concluded with closing remarks from NATTA President Kumar Mani Thapaliya, who emphasized the need for capacity-building initiatives to enhance professionalism and competitiveness in the tourism sector.
