Nepal draws strong interest at Los Angeles Travel & Adventure Show

KATHMANDU: Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), along with five Nepali travel companies, concluded its participation in the Los Angeles Travel & Adventure Show 2026 held on March 7–8 in Los Angeles.
The Nepal Pavilion attracted significant attention from visitors and travel professionals, promoting the Himalayan adventure experience, cultural encounters, authentic cuisine and Nepali hospitality.
The showcase highlighted Nepal’s world-renowned trekking routes and outdoor adventures, while also promoting sustainable and responsible tourism practices.
NTB officials engaged with media representatives, travel bloggers and content creators during the event to strengthen partnerships and expand Nepal’s visibility in the U.S. tourism market.
Participating companies — Adventure Outdoor Treks & Expedition, Altitude Himalaya, Earthbound Expeditions, Rolwaling Excursion and Satori Adventures — promoted trekking packages of around two weeks, as well as Everest and other mountain expeditions lasting up to eight weeks.
NTB was represented at the event by Bimal Kadel, senior manager, and Janaki Prasad Upadhyaya, senior officer.
