KATHMANDU: The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) showcased Nepal’s growing potential in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) tourism at the Meet Global MICE Congress (MGMC) 2025, held on December 17–18 at the World Trade Center Congress Centre in Moscow. The event brought together business tourism leaders and hosted buyers from over 35 countries, providing a strategic platform to position Nepal as an emerging MICE destination.

At the congress, NTB promoted Nepal’s unique combination of modern event facilities, scenic landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and expanding hospitality infrastructure. From its exhibition space at Booth 9D, the NTB team engaged with international buyers and decision-makers, highlighting integrated tourism products and encouraging collaborations in business events and incentive travel.

The program featured insights from Khuman Singh Tamang, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Nepal in Russia, and Mani Raj Lamichhane, Senior Director of NTB, who addressed emerging trends in global MICE tourism.

NTB expressed appreciation to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Nepal and the event organizers for their support. The participation underscores NTB’s ongoing efforts to enhance Nepal’s global tourism profile and tap into the growing demand for innovative and experiential business travel destinations.
