Nomads Basecamp 2026 will be held September 25–27 in Pokhara, jointly organized by PTC, Saarang Services and NYEF Pokhara Chapter, with a public advisory on verification
KATHMANDU: The Pokhara Tourism Council (PTC) in association with Saarang Services Pvt. Ltd. and the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF) Pokhara Chapter has announced that preparation is on to host Nomads Basecamp 2026, with this year’s edition scheduled for September 25–27 at the Pokhara Event Center.
Organizers said the edition continues the vision of previous years by bringing together digital nomads, entrepreneurs, creators and remote professionals through collaboration, learning and networking.
Nomads Basecamp 2026 is jointly organized by PTC — the umbrella body representing Pokhara’s tourism industry since 2002 — and Saarang Services, a Nepal-based travel-tech company known for promoting Nepal’s cultural and natural heritage. The partnership has been formalized until 2027, with NYEF Pokhara joining as a strategic partner to expand collaboration, business matchmaking and community engagement opportunities.
The previous edition was hosted in partnership with the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), and organizers said additional national and international partners are being onboarded for 2026 to match or exceed past success.
With interest in the event growing, organizers issued a public advisory urging participants to rely only on Nomads Basecamp’s official website, social media pages, email communications and authorized community groups for information. They cautioned against unofficial advertisements, registration links or payment requests, and encouraged verification before sharing personal details or making payments.
